The Group specialises in the manufacture of high performance composite materials for a diverse range of industries such as motorsport, aerospace, marine, automotive, construction, wind energy and leisure sports. The main focus of the Group's business, which operates through four divisions, is the manufacture of prepregs for components and tooling.

Advanced Composite Materials at Heanor and Middleton (formerly Primco), UK and Advanced Composites Group Inc at Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA are both prepreg-manufacturing centres that supply their materials through a global network of over 40 sales representatives. An extensive, innovative range of advanced materials is produced, designed to provide a technical advantage in pattern, tooling and component manufacture.

Advanced Composite Engineering, where a highly skilled workforce together with design and manufacturing facilities, exist for the production of large-scale tooling and prototype components. Incorporating a CADCAM design service, the division specialises in developing engineering solutions based on an in-depth understanding of advanced composites technology using experience built up over almost 30 years.

Advanced Composites Group Technical Centre also provides technical support with an experienced team of engineers available to provide design, process development, and testing and evaluation services.
