Aerovac announcement

After 15 years at the company Fabien Baumann, General Manager of Aerovac Systemes France has decided to leave the business to pursue other interests. Fabien founded the business and with others developed it into a significant force in the European Composites industry. We wish him well for the future.

Effective from the 1st January 2005, Kai Arter is appointed as European Managing Director, Aerovac and in this role will be responsible for both Aerovac Systems United Kingdom, Aerovac Systems Italy and Aerovac Systemes France. Whilst the businesses will continue to operate as separate entities it is intended that they will work more closely together under this new structure.

It is also announced that Didier Gal is appointed General Manager of Aerovac Systemes France effective 1st April 2005. Didier is currently Sales Manager of Advanced Composites Group, a member of the Composites Division of UMECO plc, in France whom he joined 3 years ago having previously been Sales Manager at Aerovac for more than 10 years.

Over the next 3 months Didier will continue as Sales manager - France for Advanced Composites whilst maintaining a close interest in Aerovac's activities.
