Umeco is managed through two business streams:
Structural Materials - operating from facilities in Europe and the USA, this business develops, manufactures and supplies a broad range of advanced composite materials.
Process Materials - Operating from facilities in Europe, the USA and China, this business develops, manufactures and supplies process materials and tooling for the advanced composites industry.
We are actively seeking acquisitions which will either bolt-on to an existing activity or that are larger and stand-alone.
Target companies should be developers, manufacturers and suppliers of advanced composite materials having innovative know-how, products or technologies. As part of Umeco they should be capable of significant growth within Umeco’s core markets of aerospace and defence, wind energy and automotive.
